🌐 High-Pressure Integrity & Global Standards
To safely handle Class 600 high-pressure flows, our WCB cast steel check valves feature a heavily reinforced bolted cover and undergo rigorous non-destructive testing (NDT), including RT and MT on critical casting areas. We manufacture strictly according to BS 1868, API 594, and ASME B16.34. Full EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTRs) and pressure test certificates are provided with every shipment, guaranteeing complete traceability for your EPC projects.
🛡️ Severe Service Seating Options
High-pressure backflow prevention requires superior sealing interfaces. BSO Ballseal provides custom engineered trim solutions for our Class 600 series:
- Standard Trim: 13Cr/Stellite (Trim 8 or Trim 5) for excellent resistance to galling, abrasion, and high temperatures.
- Ring Type Joint (RTJ): Highly recommended for Class 600 flange connections to ensure absolute zero-leakage pipeline joints.
- Note: Face-to-face dimensions (L) strictly conform to ASME B16.10 for Class 600.
