Material Chemistry Verification
We believe quality starts at the atomic level. Every heat of our cast and forged stainless steel (such as CF8/CF8M) undergoes 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing. This ensures strict compliance with ASTM/ASME standards before entering the machining line.
- ✓ Key Elements Verified: Accurate detection of Cr, Ni, Mo, and Mn to guarantee precise alloy grades (CF8/CF8M).
- ✓ 100% Non-Destructive: Full spectral analysis performed directly on the valve body without damaging the material surface.
- ✓ MTR Heat-Code Matching: Every test result is recorded and linked to the individual valve’s heat number for permanent traceability.

Precision CNC Machining
Transforming heavy raw castings into high-performance fluid control equipment requires uncompromising accuracy. Our advanced machining center ensures that every internal dimension, from the valve body to the critical sealing surfaces, meets rigorous international tolerances.
✓ Micro-Level Tolerance: CNC-driven machining guarantees critical dimensional tolerances are controlled within 0.01mm.
✓ Perfect Concentricity: Strict coaxiality alignment during the lathing process ensures smooth stem operation and flawless seat-to-ball/disc mating.
✓ Flawless Surface Finish: Achieving superior surface roughness (Ra) on all sealing areas to maximize the lifespan of packing and gaskets.
Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Pressure Testing
Quality isn’t just checked; it’s proven under extreme conditions. Every single valve produced at BSO Fluid Control undergoes rigorous testing on our heavy-duty test benches to guarantee structural integrity and absolute zero leakage before leaving our facility.
✓ Strict Standard Compliance: All pressure tests are performed in strict accordance with API 598 and EN 12266-1 international standards.
✓ Over-Pressure Verification: Shell tests are conducted at 1.5x the design pressure, and seat leak tests at 1.1x the maximum working pressure.
✓ Zero-Drop Guarantee: We utilize extended pressure hold times, surpassing standard factory requirements, to verify flawless sealing performance.

Heat Code Traceability & MTRs
Transparency and accountability are forged into every valve we manufacture. From raw material melting to final assembly, we maintain a strict, unbroken chain of custody for all our metallic components to ensure complete metallurgical traceability.
✓ Permanent Identification: Every valve body and critical pressure-containing part features a permanently cast or stamped heat code (e.g., WCB Z8876).
✓ EN 10204 3.1 Certification: Full Mill Test Reports (MTRs) detailing chemical composition and mechanical properties are generated for every batch.
✓ Lifetime Tracking: Our digital archival system links every unique heat number to its original foundry records, available for client verification at any time.
