🌐 Material Integrity & Global Standards
Our WCB cast steel lift check valves are manufactured from premium-grade carbon steel to ensure maximum structural integrity under PN40 high-pressure conditions. We manufacture strictly according to EN 13709 and DIN 3356. Full EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Reports (MTRs) are provided with every shipment, guaranteeing complete traceability for your EPC projects.
🛡️ Lift Check Structural Advantage
Unlike swing check valves, lift check valves are designed specifically for horizontal pipelines with frequent flow reversals or high-velocity applications (like steam lines):
- Piston-Guided Disc: Ensures perfect seating alignment every time, minimizing wear and extending service life.
- Stellite Surfacing: Hard-faced seating areas for high-temperature steam lines and severe abrasive services.
- Note: Face-to-face dimensions (L) conform to EN 558 (Basic Series 1). Lift check valves must be installed in horizontal pipelines with the cover facing upwards.
- Need specific European material equivalents (like 1.4408 / CF8M)?
